Boston Just Got A Caddyshack Themed Bar & It’s Everything You Dreamed It Would Be

The folks who brought you Finn McCool’s Public House also dreamed up the concept for Bushwood.

“We thought it was a fun and cheeky idea,” owner Todd Smith told Boston.com. “We were going for a concept that people would want to hang out in and spend time with their friends. The reference to Bushwood is a nostalgic lookback.”

Several cocktails are named for Caddyshack‘s most memorable characters. Try a Ty Webb with tequila, Perrier, and lemon; the Judge Smails, made with Fresca and gin; or a rum punch concoction known as a Bishop Pickering.

Not in the mood for liquor? Bushwood also offers a wide array of craft and canned beers.

The menu consists of traditional bar favorites with a twist. The nachos feature sweet corn and Sriracha mascarpone, the fried pickles have a spicy Cajun flair, and the Bushwood burger is served on a potato bun.

The 10-inch pizzas feature a New England style thin, pan-cooked crust and include toppings like country ham, bacon, pepperoni, and ground beef.

The bar offers retro music, decor and games from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s.
