Shipping Basics:

We’ve been at this for over 20 years — so yeah, you could say we know what we’re doin’. Chowdaheadz is the name you know and trust (like your favorite pizza joint that never skimps on the cheese).

Shipping costs get calculated at checkout based on your zip code and how much awesome stuff you're grabbin’. Most of our gear is made fresh — we don’t keep piles of shirts sittin' around. As soon as you order, we get to work printing, decorating, and creating your goods right here in the good ol’ U.S. of A.

Timing depends on the product — t-shirts usually ship in 1–3 days, but some items take a bit longer. Just check the product page for the scoop.

Heads up: Free shipping promos are for U.S. customers only. If you're ordering internationally, we still love ya — but shipping discounts don’t cross borders. Sorry, eh!

Carrier Details: 

Standard Shipping / Economy / Flat Rate
This is our flat-rate option where we pick the most cost-effective carrier. Usually gets to you in 2–4 business days — give or take, depending on where you hang your hat.

USPS Priority Mail
Typically a 1–3 business day service anywhere in the U.S. The closer you are to our HQ in Woburn, MA (01801), the quicker it’ll land on your doorstep. Want to see how fast? Click here for the USPS delivery map

USPS Express
Usually gets it there the next day — unless you live somewhere really remote (think: cows, moose, or no Dunkin' within 10 miles). Note: Sometimes we disable this option depending on shipping volume or USPS availability.

Military Shipping
Absolutely! We proudly ship to all APO/FPO and other military addresses. Big thanks to those serving — we got your six.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Israel, Japan, France, Germany, Austria, Greece, Ireland, The Netherlands, Spain, Singapore, and Brazil. We would consider other countries. Just send us an email!

Heads up: Once your package leaves the U.S., we can’t track it — it’s out of our hands (and into the big wide world). By placing an international order, you accept the risk of loss or delay. We do not issue refunds for lost international shipments. If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend ordering early — like, "before the snow flies" early.

Do you have a storefront?

We are online only, we ship wicked fast though so order now and it might even ship today!

Where is my order?

Chances are, it’s already on the way! Most orders ship out the same or next business day, and you should’ve received a tracking email once it left our warehouse in Woburn, MA.

Please note: packages often get routed through sorting facilities like Nashua, NH or N. Reading, MA, so don’t worry if the tracking looks a little roundabout. Also, it’s common for the post office to mark a package as “delivered” a day early — give it 24–48 hours and it usually shows up.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Chowdaheadz will accept returns for products within 45 days of purchase (90 days for products ordered 10/1 - 12/25) that are not used, unopened, defective, or you are not happy with the item for any reason.

I received a gift and need to return or exchange it.

My promo code isn't working

Our coupon codes cannot be used on sale items or Mystery items (unless otherwise noted). Some codes require a minimum purchase, and most codes are limited to one use per customer. No discounts can be combined with other discounts. Some codes are found on third party websites and are not valid or are not created by Chowdaheadz. If your code is still not working, you can always contact us to see what the issue is.

Can I call and place my order?

At this time, all orders need to be placed online so we can focus on manufacturing  & shipping.  Please place your order online.
