No matter the weather, there are plenty of activities to keep the entire family entertained.
The property features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as crafts, campfires, games, and plenty of cozy spaces to curl up with a good book.
Boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, water skiing, hay rides, sleigh rides, Nordic skiing and ice skating are all within reach depending on the season.
For a true taste of life on the farm, guests are welcome to try their hand at milking a cow, feeding the livestock, kneading bread, contra dancing, or fishing beneath a hen for eggs.
The farm focuses on rare heritage livestock breeds – a passion of owner, Dave Adams. Adams and his wife, Sally met while working at East HIll Farm in 1962, and plan to turn the family business over to their children.
Perhaps the most appealing aspect of visiting a self-sustained farm are the fabulously wholesome and delicious home-cooked meals served family-style for the guests.
And the bread is out of the oven! #easthillfarm
